Keeping everyone happy

A few things we ask

We're a working farm with deer, goats and donkeys next door, so we do ask that dogs are kept on a lead of no more than 2 metres when outside your pitch. Please clean up after your dog and keep noise to a minimum so everyone can relax. With the exception of assistance dogs, pets aren't allowed inside the toilet and shower block. Any breed listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 isn't permitted on site. Full details are in our site policy, provided on arrival.

Adventures on the doorstep

Hamsterley Forest, about eight miles away, is a paradise for dogs and their people — miles of woodland trails and riverside paths. Closer to home, the quiet lanes and fields around Hamsterley make for easy morning and evening strolls.
